The Hybrid Training Center will be open for 2 classes on Thanksgiving Day, November 25th. At 11am Shawn Steen will be running a Muay Thai Conditioning Class which also be open to all levels of experience. The HTC will be closed Thursday evening and all day Friday. We will reopen bright and early for our normal scheduled classes on Saturday.
Pay your Turkey day forward by getting in a good hard workout with us Thursday, then come back and see us on Saturday to work it all off!
