A Warrior’s Fight

Chris Babcock is the personification of indomitable warrior spirit. Her martial arts accolades read like the resume of a world champion, and she is an inspiration to everyone who meets her. Unfortunately, now she is fighting for her life against brain cancer.
She recently found out that her tumor has grown and that she will once again be battling more rounds of chemotherapy; she is in trouble. Her illness has caused her to lose her job and her health insurance, which means she can no longer afford the medical care she needs. She is also a single mother to a beautiful little girl and, with the holiday’s fast approaching, she needs our help.
**Hybrid Crossfit, Crossfit 7 Cities and API Virginia Beach will be hosting “The 12 days of Christmas” workout on Saturday, December 17th at Hybrid Training Center in Virginia Beach as a fundraiser for Chris.**
There will be a minimum $10 donation to participate in the workout. We will start running heats at 9am and continue until everyone has finished.
