Muay Thai Sparring Course and Clinch Seminar

April 17th and 18th, Chase “The Weapon” Walden will be teaching two phenomenal seminars dedicated to the sublime savagery of Muay Thai. On the 17th he will be conducting the Muay Thai Sparring Course, teaching Coach Buck Grants Fighting System which is responsible for producing some of the top Muay Thai Champions on the East Coast. After 30 hours of training, Hybrid Academy students qualify for this 4 hour advanced course, teaching the drills  and skills required to train in Coach Grant’s Advanced Muay Thai class.

The following day, Chase will be conducting a  Muay Thai Clinch seminar, teaching the brutal in-fighting of Thai Boxing. Known as “The Plumm,” the Thai Clinch utilizes controlling the neck and limbs to deliver  knees and elbow strikes, the most brutal weapons of the human body. Closing the distance, controlling your opponent, escaping positions, and Thia style throws, are among the many thing students will learn in this highly specialized class. Students of ALL levels are welcomed to attend.

Learn how to become a Champion from a Champion. Chase Walden is the current 3 X King of the  Ring, 2 X Modern Gladiator, and current WKA U.S Muay Thai Champion, and will be sharing his knowledge for the entire weekend. Fighters from other gyms are more than welcomed to come learn from Virginia’s most decorated Muay Thai Champion.
