Karen Smith owns and operates Kettlebell Elite in Virginia Beach Virginia and is one of a very few level 2 certified RKC (Russian Kettlebell Instructors) in Hampton Roads.
The RKC, established by Pavel Tsatsouline is the gold standard for Kettlebell training. Pavel is the man responsible for bringing kettlebell training to the United States.
