How to Get Started: Beginning Kickboxing Classes Enrolling Now!
We want to make your first experience with us a great one. Therefore, we have a Beginners Kickboxing Class that is designed to help those with little or no experience learn the basics of kickboxing quickly, safely and efficiently. This one-hour semi-private class will give you the tools and fundamentals necessary to advance into our group Kore Kick Fit classes seamlessly. You will learn the basic punches, kicks, footwork and body mechanics of kickboxing in a fun and safe environment while getting a great workout! This class is one thing that separates KKF from the other kickboxing fitness classes. After years of research, development and refinement we have become experts in working with beginners. We know how to get you on the fast track to accomplishing your goals!
